Bedlam Foundation & Concrete Lifting Case Studies: Push Piers - Top Golf, Oklahoma City, OK
Challenge
Top Golf is known across the country for their multi-level driving ranges. Their facilities, as one might expect, are massive, heavy structures, and as such can be susceptible to settling. At their Oklahoma City location, inclement weather during construction meant that parts of the structure were built on wet, unstable ground, leading to significant sinking of an exterior handicap ramp, a retaining wall, and the interior slab floor in the foyer area.
Solution
Bedlam Concrete Lifting installed 7 FSI Model 288 Push Piers at the footing of the exterior retaining wall, then injected a pressure grout beneath the problem areas in the foyer and on the handicap ramp. 2 inches of lift were achieved in the foyer and on the retaining wall, and the handicap ramp was lifted a massive 7 inches back to its original position.
